Key Largo Fishing Report – Nov-6-2011

Well what are you doing sitting home? The fall weather is here, the bait has moved in along the edge of the reef, and sailfish are hungry, along with king mackerel, black fin tuna and the occasional dolphin. The patch reefs are red hot with cero mackerel, red grouper and mutton snapper.

Despite the hard north winds, the seas here in the keys have not been as bad as you might think. North winds blow along the shore which make conditions very fishable and the fish seem to swim closer to the edge of the reef, following the schools of bait.
So if you’re thinking about going, get up off the couch and give us a call!!!
