Joe Riccobene, captain of the SAS Strikers St. Andrew’s South Wii bowling team, was named National Senior League Wii Bowler of the year by the National Senior League. Riccobene has been captain of the Strikers for the past three years, leading the team to three national NSL championships. During 2011 league play, he led the NSL with a 290 average while recording 20 perfect games.

Athletes 13-16 needed for Maccabi Games: The Levis Jewish Community Center in Boca Raton seeks Jewish competitors in boys and girls basketball, boys and girls soccer, boys baseball, girls volleyball, swimming tennis and lacrosse for tournaments in Memphis (Aug. 5-10) and Rockland, N.Y. (Aug. 12-17). An information meeting for athletes and their parents will be held Jan. 29 at 11 a.m. at the Levis JCC.
